Lawrence is a trustworthy and talented contractor. He and his team do quality work efficiently. They are very clean and conscious of keeping their work areas organized. They are flexible with scheduling and offer fair pricing. Lawrence went out of his way numerous times for us and we greatly appreciate the work he does. Larry and his crew are professional, communicate well and perform outstanding work. I am building a new house and they have erected roof trusses, sheathed the roof, trimmed out the roof and shingled the roof. In addition, they have constructed the garage, installed windows throughout and applied siding. Altogether, an awesome experience!

Williams Construction and his crew were nothing short of amazing! He hired the very best subcontractors and he and Jason had their boots on the ground for the entirety of the project. They had our house built THREE months ahead of time and it’s beautifully done. They kept us completely in the loop and involved in everything. Our texts and emails were answered promptly. Kevin and Ryan are an awesome team. They built us a unique home on Marco in 2005 and totally remodeled a condo in 2016. We would not have considered using anyone else. Both projects took two years to complete. We were in Michigan seven months of the year and never once did we feel the need to return to Florida because of issues. Ryan has learned from his father the value of honesty, doing what you said you would do and comunicating in a straight forward way. On both projects we sighned contracts but there was no need to from our prospective. A hand shake would have been just fine. THANKS - IT BEEN FUN LARRY AND NANCY
