Larry and the team communicated continually with the homeowner almost every day. Issues and questions were discussed and solved immediately. Project costs were managed well, and the quality of work is outstanding. The creative solutions are too numerous to mention, but one example is when the basement stairs felt awkward at the top; I mentioned it to Larry. He was unable to come up with a solution on the fly (unusual), but the next day the stairs were fixed. The only solution was to remove the whole stairway and slide it to increase the top tread length. The problem was fixed, and I could not have been happier.
