Definitely an A+. Larry and the team communicated continually with the homeowner almost every day. Issues and questions were discussed and solved immediately. Project costs were managed well, and the quality of work is outstanding. The creative solutions are too numerous to mention, but one example is when the basement stairs felt awkward at the top; I mentioned it to Larry. He was unable to come up with a solution on the fly (unusual), but the next day the stairs were fixed. The only solution was to remove the whole stairway and slide it to increase the top tread length. The problem was fixed, and I could not have been happier.

We started (planning, drawing, paperwork) our 20’ x 16’ first-level addition with a crawl space in October 2023. It took about a year to get all the details done and pour the foundation in November 2024. We waited until spring 2025 to start construction. Larry “decked” the foundation in November 2024, which preserved it well through winter until March 2025, when work on the addition began. We were lucky enough to find Larry! We are from Bowdoinham originally (and now in Brunswick), and a B-ham couple of ours had their new house built recently in Bowdoinham by Larry. They told us to secure Larry as our builder as soon as possible!

Good morning, Larry,
The house project at 13 McKinney Rd ended while I was traveling, and I didn’t get the chance to see you in person. Lisa and I appreciated the professionalism and attention, which was a little stressful at times, but a very smooth experience, and the results looked great. The care and pride you put into this house are evident. Your crew was on time every day, acting professionally, treated with respect, even though I know I was a pain; however, what I observed was the experience and quality of the construction that was taking place. I also want to add a big thank you for working through the design challenges, height restrictions, flooring subcontractors, and with the town, I know that’s not what you signed up for, but you did them. From the bottom of our hearts… Thank you, Larry, Lisa, and I really appreciate it…..Oh, and thanks to your wife for letting you work all those long hours well after dark. Thanks again.

They are flexible with scheduling and offer fair pricing. Lawrence went out of his way for us numerous times, and we greatly appreciate his work. Best of all, Lawrence and his team are incredibly friendly and kind.

Larry and his crew are professional, communicate well, and perform outstanding work. I am building a new house, and they have erected the roof trusses, sheathed the roof, trimmed out the roof, and shingled it. In addition, they have constructed the garage, installed windows throughout, and applied siding. Altogether, an awesome experience!
