He hired the very best subcontractors and he and Jason had their boots on the ground for the entirety of the project. They had our house built THREE months ahead of time and it’s beautifully done. They kept us completely in the loop and involved in everything. Our texts and emails were answered promptly. The communication was really great. Closing was easy. 10/10 recommend! read less

When we decided to build our dream home, Larry was at the top of our list. He worked with us to allow us to manage some of the smaller sub-contractors while he managed the larger ones. Larry and his crew were consistently punctual, professional, friendly and hard working, even when working outside on the coldest days in February. Larry was very collaborative in working with us on our design changes. He did research and offered multiple solutions that would provide the most value for the money, and keep the project on schedule. Kevin and Ryan are an awesome team. They built... read moreKevin and Ryan are an awesome team. They built us a unique home on Marco in 2005 and totally remodeled a condo in 2016. We would not have considered using anyone else. Both projects took two years to complete. We were in Michigan seven months of the year and never once did we feel the need to return to Florida because of issues. Ryan has learned from his father the value of honesty, doing what you said you would do and comunicating in a straight forward way.
